Wire Rope Hoists

Description

Wire Rope Hoists are used where mechanic screw or hydraulic cylinder operation is impractical due to long travel distances. The Wire Rope Hoists works by supplying power to the electric motor to rotate through the gearbox, which rotates the drum with a steel cable. The system is controlled from simple push button stations to more complex PLC controls integrated with SCADA system.

An Hung JSC processes and manufactures all kinds of intake gate, radial gate, shiplock gate, crest gate (flap gate), swing gate… and installs them in irrigation and hydroelectric projects with the size of the gate up to 40m wide.

We also supply and install the operating systems including: Electric winch drum system, hydraulic system (hydraulic cylinders; hydraulic power unit, electrical control cabinet, scada) and operating instructions, technology transfer to the management unit.
