Construction of tidal control sluice in Binh Nham canal, Thuan An City

With the task of preventing and controlling floods and preventing inundation due to the effects of flood discharge in Dau Tieng reservoir, controlling high tides, providing irrigation water for production, residential areas, and technical infrastructure works of the Binh Nham ward, Thuan An city with an area of about 540.98ha; Drainage of rainwater for the basin from the project Chom Sao - Suoi Don drainage axis with a total natural area of 1,596 ha; Combined with traffic bridge with HL93 load and roads connecting with Saigon riverside route to serve economic, social and tourism development; Improve environmental pollution, create beautiful architectural landscape for the area.

The work is part of the Binh Nham canal tidal control sluice construction project, expected to be put into operation at the end of 2021.

An Hung Mechanical and Equipment Joint Stock Company is the contractor to supply, and install complete hydraulic equipment for lifting and lowering Binh Nham sluice gates with the following specifications:

Large Hydraulic cylinders for lifting and lowering the valve gates, mounting type MT4, imported from the Netherlands:

Small Hydraulic cylinders for opening and closing the door latch, MT4 mounting type, imported from the Netherlands:

Rod diameter: 40mm; Cylinder diameter: 63mm; Travel: 150 mm

Tanks material: Stainless steel; Volume: 2000 liters; Motor: 22Kw; Piston pump flow: 47cc/rev (69 liters/min); Working pressure: 180 bar; Test pressure: 250bar; The equipment and components are imported Eu/G7 and are integrated and assembled at the factory of An Hung company. Design standards: Din 19704/123; Vietnam Standard 8300-2009; Quantity: 03 sets

Control cabinet:

 The control cabinet is programmed with PLC, the electrical equipment is imported and assembled at the factory. The cabinet has functions of local control, automatic control, manual control, emergency stop, system fault alarm, and safety functions against lightning surges, shocks, SCADA connection waiting port... aesthetic design, right function, right standard, safe for equipment operators.
