Building a system of works to prevent tides and floods for Bac Lieu city and surrounding areas

Chua Phat sluice was started construction in 2016 in Vinh Hau commune, Hoa Binh district, Bac Lieu province. Along with Nha Mat sluice and Cai Cung sluice, Chua Phat sluice was built with the purpose of preventing adverse impacts from the sea, protecting people's lives and developing socio-economic in coastal areas. Preventing tides against flooding, improving the environment in the district's center; against sedimentation of Bac Lieu - Ca Mau canal (section from Hoa Binh town to Gia Rai town); control and regulate salt water for aquaculture in the area of ​​Chua Phat canal.

The cylinder is integrated with a synchronous anti-drop valve, anti-overpressure on the cylinder, shock absorber at the end of the journey. Hydraulic power station:

Oil tank volume: 1000 liters; Including: 02 electric motors 3Phase with capacity of 30Kw/motor; 02 hydraulic gear pumps with flow: 62 liters/m. Hydraulic components imported from EU/G7 countries are processed, assembled and tested at An Hung JSC workshop.

Imported pipe fittings are connected and tested to a pressure of 250 bar and kept for 30 minutes to ensure tightness. The pipeline is cleaned, then flushed with circulating oil and tested for oil cleanliness to meet the standards before connecting to the hydraulic cylinder.

Control cabinet and Scada system: Control computer system, water level signal sensor and proximity sensors installed outside the door position signal to SCADA system through which data analysis data and can be controlled automatically from within the system manager.
