Xuan Hoa Sluice Pumping Station Irrigation System

Xuan Hoa sluice is located in Xuan Dong commune, Cho Gao district, Tien Giang province; In 2017, the sluice was repaired and replaced with valve gates opening and closing system thanks to a hydraulic cylinder system.

Hydraulic cylinder

Lifting force per cylinder: 20 tons; Cylinder stroke: 8.9m; Cylinder diameter: 180mm; Rod diameter: 110mm; Mounting type MT4; The piston rod surface is coated with Laserclading with a coating thickness of 200 microns. The cylinder is integrated with an manifold block anti-fall and anti-overpressure valve assembly on the cylinder. Cylinder shell is painted with 3 layers of epoxy with a total thickness of 250 microns. Equipment origin: Italy (EU)

Hydraulic power station

Volume of 750 liters;

Includes: 3-phase electric motors with capacity of 7.5Kw/motor;

Gear pumps with flow: 22 liters/p.

Hydraulic components imported from EU/G7 countries are processed, assembled and tested at An Hung JSC.

Control cabinet

The control cabinet is PLC programmed, the electrical equipment is imported and assembled at the factory. The cabinet has functions of local control, automatic control, manual control, emergency stop, system fault alarm, and safety functions against lightning surge, anti-shock, SCADA connection waiting port... aesthetic design, right function, right standard, safe for equipment operators.
