Mekong delta integrated climate resilience and sustainable livelihoods (ICRSL/WB9) - Control water resources to adapt with climate change in south Mang Thit, Tra Vinh and Vinh Long provinces

Tan Dinh sluice is built on a tributary of Tra On river, connecting two adjacent provinces including Tra Vinh province and Vinh Long province; This is one of the newly invested and modern sluices under the Sub-Project on Controlling Water Resources and Adapting to Climate Change in Nam Mang Thit, Tra Vinh and Vinh Long Provinces under the General Climate Resilience Project. Integrated and Sustainable Livelihoods in the Mekong Delta (ICRSL).

The sluice has an aperture of 40m, including 2 compartments, each compartment with a width of 20m; Crest gate hinged bottom is made of stainless steel with a weight of 100 tons, controlled by a large hydraulic cylinder system imported from the Netherlands.

The project was completed ahead of schedule and was put into operation in January 2020 before the historic drought in Tra Vinh - Vinh Long province, directly bringing enormous benefits to the people of the two provinces. and surrounding benefit provinces.

An Hung JSC is the contractor to supply, install and complete Tan Dinh Sluice equipment with the following specifications:

Hydraulic cylinder for lifting and lowering the hatch valve imported from the Netherlands:

Rod diameter: 400mm; Cylinder diameter: 220mm; Stroke: 9450 mm; The piston rod surface is covered with HVOF coating which is an advanced coating technology that can meet the harsh C4 environment near the sea, thereby extending the product life from 25-50 years; Quantity: 04 pcs;

Oil tank material: Sus304 stainless steel; Volume: 2000 liters; Motor: 22Kw; Piston pump flow: 47cc/rev (69 liters/min); Working pressure: 180 bar; Test pressure: 250bar; The equipment and components are imported Eu/G7 and are integrated and assembled at the factory of An Hung company. On-site control cabinet:

The control cabinet is programmed with PLC, the electrical equipment is imported and assembled at the factory. The cabinet has functions of local control, automatic control, manual control, emergency stop, system fault alarm, and safety functions against lightning surges, shocks, SCADA connection waiting port... aesthetic design, right function, right standard, safe for equipment operators.
